Should any one of our products prove defective, we will gladly exchange that item within thirty days from purchase. However, we are not able to allow refunds or exchanges on personalized products.
How to return/exchange an item:
Please contact us via email to let us know why you need to return the product.
Return the defective item via USPS, UPS, etc. in its original packaging to the following address:

Once the defective item is received, we will either replace it or refund the cost of the purchase price.
