Exchange/Return All returns must be made within 14 days. Must be in original condition. We will gladly reimburse you for the cost of shipping if item is defective. Once the defective item is received we will replace it or refund the cost of purchase price. Replacement dolls should arrive within 2 weeks. It would be advised with a return to use some sort of a tracking system. Please print and fill out the return form and include it with the return merchandise. |
